var subTitle = "This set of pools frame the walkway from the Stadium Skytrain station to International Village.  Other than the anemic water spouts wetting the waterwall, these best described as reflecting ponds, and appropriately have lots of seating on the blocky concrete benches along their edges.  Both ponds have flyovers of a sort, where concrete walkovers allow the water to flow beneath them.  At night the lighting in this entire plaza is quite dark and though the ponds have some lighting it doesn't do much to dispell the dark shadows lurking about.  May I suggest a more artful , brighter arrrangement of lighting to illuminate the situation?"
